Can i do Istanja with Rocks? If water is not available

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 4, Narrated Abu Huraira: I followed the Prophet while he was going out to answer the call of nature. He used not to look this way or that. So, when I approached near him he said to me, “Fetch for me some stones for ‘ cleaning the privates parts (or said something similar), and do not bring a bone or a piece of dung.” So I brought the stones in the corner of my garment and placed them by his side and I then went away from him. When he finished (from answering the call of nature) he used, them.

It is not permissible to clean private parts from bone and dung. Bone and dung are food of Jin. According to the narration of Ibn Mas’ud, he said, “Do not do istanja from bone and dung, this is the comfort of your brother jinn.”
It is also known from Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi that purity is obtained even from loose soil. But it is better to get more purity from water. It was Prophet Muhammad habit of washing his hands with mud after bathing with water.
