Women Wet Dreams and Sexual Discharge Hadith
Sahih Bukhari, Book of Narrated Um-Salama: (the mother of the believers)
Um Sulaim, the wife of Abu Talha, came to Allah’s Apostle and said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Verily Allah is not shy of (telling you) the truth. Is it necessary for a woman to take a bath after she has a wet dream (nocturnal sexual discharge)?” Allah’s Apostle replied, “Yes, if she notices a discharge.”
According to this hadith, it is known that a woman also has a wet dream with sexual discharge, for which there is the same rule as a man. If she sees the moisture of semen on his clothes or body when she wakes up, she must do ghusl (take bath). If she does not see the moisture, then ghusl is not obligatory.
